An early poster for 1984's Taboo 3 had the tagline "The Final Chapter". I don't know if they seriously intended for it to be the last film in the series, but it must have been more successful than they expected because just one year later this 4th film was released. The husband and wife creative team of writer Helen Terrie and director Kirdy Stevens returned to give us another taboo tale of incest, this time focusing on sex between father and daughters.
Jamie Gillis stars as Dr. Jeremy Lodge, he's a psychiatrist whose area of expertise is treating patients who have engaged (willingly or otherwise) in incest. And the connection to previous films is that both Barbara Scott and Joyce McBride are patients of his.
So even though Taboo 3 ended with both women happily engaging in sexual relationships with their sons, they both have come to regret it in the past year. Kay Parker does not appear in this film, although we get a flashback sex scene of her and Mike Ranger, who played her son Paul, from Taboo 1. This is during a scene where we see Jeremy alone in his office, dictating a report where he discusses his recent appointment with Barbara. He says she's been having trouble sleeping because of what happened with her Paul, and that's where we get the flashback. He then mentions "she then turned to her other son Jimmy, who was 20 years old at the time."
So that's interesting in that it's the first time we get a specific age for any of the characters in these films. But Jeremy is interrupted so he stops there, and that's the last we hear of Barbara in this film.
Jeremy is married to Alice (Cyndee Summers) and they have two daughters, Naomi and Robin, who are played by Karen Summer and Ginger Lynn, and are the real lead characters of this film.
While living with Alice and Billy Naomi acts increasingly flirtatious towards Billy, and when Alice notices and complains, Billy insists that it's innocent, that she just loves him as her "uncle." But we get a scene of Naomi in the shower fantasizing about Billy, and one night she watches from the outside window as Alice gives Billy a blowjob in their bedroom. Billy sees her watching and seems conflicted but turned on by it.
While living with Jeremy, Robin tries to question him about his work a couple of times, but he doesn't like to talk about it with her. One day, after dropping off Joyce at the house, Junior meets Robin. She invites him and they start flirting, she knows what his mother is there for and questions Junior about incest. Joyce leaves the group session early because she got turned on by one of the other patient's stories, and Robin convinces Junior to take his mother into her bedroom to have sex, which he does, holding her up against the wall as he fucks her.
Joyce is surprised and embarrassed, and walks out sadly saying "I may never get better."
Once she leaves, Junior and Robin have sex on the bed.
Naomi also gets some outside-the-family action, in the form of Dalton, the director of a play that both she and Robin are starring in (there's no mention of either girl going to a new school or anything). Joey Silvera plays Dalton, and he is known for seducing his leading ladies, and Naomi is no exception. They have a scene where they get alone to do some "improve" acting. Dalton comes up with a scenario where he wants Naomi to pretend that he's her handsome cousin whom she grew up with and always had a crush on, and they go skinny dipping together and she decides to tell him how she feels. They play along for a few minutes and then actually have sex.
Finally, one night while alone in the house together Naomi comes on Billy, asking him to make love to her. Billy tries to resist, reminding her that he's her uncle, but she says "we're closer than that." Looking surprised, Billy asks what she means by that, but she just says that they're soulmates and that she feels closer to him than she has to anyone in her whole life. And they fuck on the couch.
The final scene is at Jeremy's house. It's late and he can't sleep. He's lonely and horny. He tries to call Alice, but we see she's having sex with Billy and doesn't answer the phone. He then starts picturing Robin posing nude, and he goes to her bedroom where she's sleeping naked. Similar to how Barbara first approached Paul in Taboo 1, Jeremy tries to leave the room but keeps turning back to look at Robin, until finally he starts to fondle her body.
Robin wakes up and says "I understand, Daddy" and he goes down on her. Then she blows him. Then he gets on top of her and fucks her, and they both love it. In the end, he declares that "you're my woman now," and she agrees "yes, Daddy, I'm all yours." He then recites marriage vows asking her to promise to love honor and obey him (she says "I do") for richer or poorer, "until the end of time." THE END.
After seeing each other masturbarting a few times, she would intentionally wear skimpy clothes to turn him on, until one night while she walked past his room he bragged her and pulled her onto his bad and "forced" her to have sex with him (Which she clearly loved).
Craig Roberts plays her brother, and it's a hot scene.
This is one of the better films in the series, it's a nice original story, that ties in naturally to the previous films, via the Dr. Jeremy Lodge character. As I noted in my review of Taboo 3, this is the kind of story that I would done for that film, with perhaps the Lodges being MaryLou's family, and she being in the role that Naomi is in this film.
